Cookies

The data is processed by an authorised service provider on the basis of an order processing contract under Art. 28 GDPR, in which we have required the service provider to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to unauthorised third parties. The data will only be processed within the EU and will not be passed on to third parties.

In order to place orders via our online shop, each customer must set up a password-protected customer account. This includes an overview of orders placed and active ordering processes. The operator assumes no liability for password misuse, unless this was caused by the operator themselves. In order to safeguard our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 f), we transmit the data required for a credit assessment to Creditreform Gera. We check your creditworthiness on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedures, the calculation of which includes your address data. We use the information received for further decisions regarding the contractual relationship. Your interests worthy of protection will be taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions.
PAYMENT TRANSACTION

General information

If you have concluded a contract with us that requires you to pay in order to receive a certain service, we may collect your payment data (e.g. account number for direct debit authorisation) in order to process the payment. The basis for this is the fulfilment of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR. By default, you have various options from which you can choose your preferred payment option.
