Toeffler - that's the name of the robust, rustic wooden clogs with nailed shafts at Berkemann. Their origins lie in the 70s and since then they have been represented in the Berkemann range continuously, in different variants. With the Velor Toeffler shown here, this Berkemann model shows its velvety side in the classic Toeffler shape. The suede leather used gives this clog a robust but also soft look and, like no other leather, stands for the original 70s feeling. This Toeffler version also features the original 5-phase footbed typical of Berkemann and incorporated into the light poplar wood sole, which supports the natural rolling process of the foot. The toe grip function, which is also stimulated by this special footbed, trains both foot and calf muscles with every step and thus the venous valves are activated at the same time. In addition, the shock-absorbing midsole dampens the tread energy up to the spine.
